MCE at Pyramids Marathon
On Saturday 22nd February MCE sent 15 representatives to the Great Pyramids of Giza to complete different distances of 6km, 10km and 21.1km. Six brave students took on and completed the half marathon distance of 21.1km on a very hilly course. This is a great accomplishment and the six boys demonstrated resilience and an element of risk-taking to finish the race. All runners were able to complete their distances and were great ambassadors of the College. Special congratulations to Ahmed Srour and Mohjamed El Sallab who were the first students to finish the half marathon in 2 hours and 35 minutes.
