REQUIRED DOCUMENTS


Please note that for an application to be active, we must be in receipt of the items listed below. All applications require approval by the College Administration.

Approval of an applicant can only be given after the receipt of application and required documents.

Basic required document for all Pupils:

  • 2 Computerized Birth Certificates (Original for Egyptians and a copy for Non-Egyptian).
  • 10 recent passport size photographs.
  • A photocopy of both Parents IDs.
  • Latest 2 report cards.
  • Vaccination Records.

 

Egyptian transferring within Egypt:

Latest 2 Final Academic End of Year Report Cards stamped by the school.

“Ministry of Education Promotion Certificate” for Arabic, Religion, and Arabic Social Studies stamped and certified by the Educational Directorate.

Students applying for year 7 and above are required to submit promotions certificates for years 6 to 9.

Transfer letter (4 originals) certified and stamped by the student’s previous school and the Educational Directorate from the Education Directorate for both governorates.

Students transferring from another governorate (eg. Giza) should get both governorates´ stamps on the documents.

Stamped Electronic transfer from the student´s previous school.

Attendance Statement stamped by the previous school and the Education Directorate.

Behavior Reference letter stamped by the previous school.

Student joining Reception and Year 1 to submit student registration statement stamped by the previous school.

 

Non-Egyptian transferring within Egypt:

Latest 2 Final Academic End of Year Report Cards stamped by the school.

Transfer letter (4 originals) certified and stamped by the student’s previous school and the Educational Directorate.

Student transferring from another governorate (eg. Giza) should get both governorates´ stamps on the documents from the Education Directorate for both governorates.

Stamped Electronic transfer from the student´s previous school.

Attendance Statement stamped by the previous school and the Education Directorate.

Behavior Reference letter stamped by the previous school.

Copy of student’s passport with the valid non-touristic visa (original physical passport will only be needed for registration at the Ministry of Education).

Copy of both parents’ passports.

Copy Expatriates Registration from the previous school.

Letter of approval from the embassy directed to MCE.

Egyptian returning from abroad:

• Latest 2 Final Academic End of Year Report Cards stamped by the previous school, the Egyptian Embassy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Original passport when needed for registration at the Ministry of Education.

• Copy from last departure and entry stamp in the student’s passport

• Copy from both parents’ passports

• Attendance Statement stamped by the previous school and the Egyptian Embassy as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Behavior Reference letter stamped by the previous school.

• Testing level exam for ministry exams supervised by Education Directorate.

 

Expatriates joining MCE:

• Latest 2 Final Academic End of Year Report Cards stamped by the previous school, the Egyptian Embassy, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Copy of student’s passport with the valid non-touristic visa (original physical passport will only be needed for registration at the Ministry of Education).

• Copy from last departure and entry stamp in the student’s passport.

• Copy from both parents’ passports.

• Attendance Statement stamped by the previous school and the Egyptian Embassy as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• Behavior Reference letter stamped by the previous school.

• Letter of approval from the Embassy directed to MCE.

• Testing level exam for (Maths – English – Science) supervised by Education Directorate.

• Non-Egyptian students coming from Arab countries are not eligible for exemption for ministry subjects.
