On Thursday we had the pleasure of listening to two amazing women who shared their stories with our in pupils the Secondary School assembly. Rana Arafa told us about her amazing career as a TV presenter over the last 17 years and her contribution to women’s health and wellbeing. She shared some useful tips about staying healthy and how to cope with stress during examinations! Our second guest was Dr.Rania Elwani an Olympic swimmer and successful doctor who has led amazing and passionate careers both in sports and medicine. Both speakers left us in awe and encouraged pupils to work hard, listen to everyone around us, stay healthy, be resilient and to love yourself. We are all unique and have so much to offer!
