We would like to thank you for your interest in Malvern College Egypt. Parents and students who are considering joining MCE are welcome to apply online through the following admission steps:
STEP ONE Parents of prospective students should fill in the online application
STEP TWO Our admission office will contact parents shortly after receiving the online application in order to set a date and time for assessments. In the meantime parents can contact the admission office directly or send us an email to email@example.com. Upon setting the date and time, a confirmation email will be sent to prospective parents along with an application pack that needs to be handed in on the day of the assessment along with the required documents:
1. 10 passport size photos
2. Copy of student and both parents passport (Non-Egyptians)
3. Copy of Students Valid Visa (Non-Egyptians)
4. Copy of both Parents ID’s (Egyptians)
5. 2 Original Birth Certificates
6. Copy of Vaccination record
7. Official school report for the past 2 school years
STEP THREE Students sit an assessment test which will be conducted by the Headmaster of Malvern College Egypt or a member of the College Leadership Team. For younger students these tests are specially designed by MCE. For older students from Year 4 to Year 12, age-specific Cognitive Ability Testing (CAT) is used. The assessment is scheduled to last approximately one hour for children in Nursery to Year 4 and one and a half hours for children in Years 5 to 12.
STEP FOUR A letter of acceptance will be sent for students who have passed the assessment test. Should the Headmaster or a member of the College Leadership Team advise a retest, prospective parents are kindly asked to contact the admission office to set another assessment date and time.
STEP FIVE For students who have been accepted by Malvern College Egypt, a non-refundable registration fee will be charged and payable with 1 week. We can only guarantee a place for your child if we receive the full registration fee.
