On Monday 1st April, the Nursery children were visited by a group of dentists from “Helio Dental” to talk about dental health. During the visit, they talked to the children about keeping their teeth healthy and clean and gave them tips on how to brush their teeth. The children thought about good foods to eat and those that might have too much sugar, which are bad for their teeth. A few of the children volunteered to dress up as large teeth, and the rest of the children were given the opportunity to brush off the “sugar bugs” with a giant toothbrush. Finally, the children helped remind the dentists how often they should brush their teeth and went home with big smiles.
