Sitara Trip

On Monday 5th December, Year 1 children attended a Sitara workshop based on the story of “Sleeping Beauty” directed by Emma Davies. They watched the unique interactive play in the theatre and took part in pretending to be fairies, palace guards and they even helped the Witch Wanda make a potion. Finally, they made their own magic wands and sang The Witch’s Spell song in which they learned about rhyming words and rhythm. They very much enjoyed their first trip, and the adults enjoyed the humour as well!
