Your generous donations to the Sanger Charity this year have enabled them to create these new play spaces for the children who attend their education classes. We still have a little money left that we intend to spend on outdoor toys for these areas. Pupils will be visiting the charity next term in order to find out about the charity and deliver the toys.

Book Week took place across the Primary School between Sunday 24th March and Thursday 28th March. During this time, we celebrated books and reading with a range of fun activities. We were lucky enough to be visited by a UK author, Alan Durant, who has published over 100 books and all pupils in years 2 – 6 enjoyed an assembly with him in which they got to listen to some of his poetry and even join in with some themselves. Alan Durant also lead writing workshops for a selection of children in the Primary School along with signing books and discussing […]

The Year 2 pupils had an amazing trip to the Fagnoon Farm. With painting wall hangings, planting and farming, decorating photo frames, animal rides and seeing baby goats made a very busy and exciting time was had by all.
Mrs Dibb-Holland would like to convey a heartfelt and sincere THANK YOU to every family within MCE who donated a backpack for our initiative this year. The children this year who benefitted from your generosity were from Mostafa Kamel School. The children lined up to receive their backpacks and they were so excited as our children handed them their gifts. The faces of the littlest children through to the bigger ones were so happy they all lit up with a huge smile as they opened each one to see the wonderful things you had put inside. I am so proud […]

ESMA Animal Shelter On Thursday 21st June, we took a small group of students from Foster House to our house charity ESMA – The Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals. During this trip we had an opportunity to see the amazing work the charity is doing as well as hand over 33,000 EGP that has been raised this year through International Day and other school events (such as the Primary spelling competition and the House dress-up day, plus the kind donation of Mrs Romani’s Spanish CCA fees). Students were also able to give ESMA plenty of blankets, towels, food and […]
