I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity here at Malvern College Egypt, working in Cairo was not something I had ever considered doing for my gap year but when the opportunity arose, it grabbed my interest quickly. I hope to get involved in many different aspects of College life including helping out in the PE department as well as assisting during a range of academic lessons. Rugby is something that I am very passionate about, representing my school nationally in the 1stXV team playing in the position of Flanker. As someone who took part in “Young Enterprise” CCA during my own time at school and having spent the last few months working in the Sales department for the electric appliance company, Gtech, I hope to be able to share my own experiences of business with students. As I will be studying Spanish and Arabic at Cardiff University next year the challenge of testing my languages skills here at MCE is something that I also hope to explore while at the College. I am looking forward to embracing all the opportunities here at MCE for the rest of the year and assisting wherever I am needed.
