The children in Nursery were given the opportunity to visit KidZania – an interactive city that combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play. Upon entry, the children were given their own cheques to cash into “Kidzos” at the Commercial International Bank (CIB) and learned the importance of working hard to earn their “Kidzos” and spend them. The children were able to move about, put themselves in someone else’s shoes, wear costumes and use props, and communicate and make decisions in character.

Branches of the Vine is a centre for children with severe special needs. Our pupils greatly enjoyed the experience of undertaking some activities with these children. Mr. Tucker and Mr. Watt were very proud of the sensitive way our pupils interacted. Well done Year 6!
