Our aim is to ensure that all the children in our care are happy, confident, well motivated, enthusiastic and excited about life. We aim to provide balanced academic challenge, which will enable each student to develop an appetite for learning to realise his or her potential in a safe, caring and supportive environment.
At Malvern, we use an enhanced form of the English National Curriculum. Our curriculum reflects the needs of the multi-cultural student body and capitalises on the unique opportunities provided by being located in Egypt. Resources and facilities are exceptional and help to provide a stimulating and exciting environment that encourages children to fully engage in their learning.
Our students learn through a cross-curricular, topic-based approach that creates excitement and puts the child at the centre of their own learning. Our ongoing formative assessments track student progress to ensure that every child achieves to the best of their abilities.
In addition to daily dedicated English and Mathematics lessons, the children have specialist lessons each week for Physical Education, Music, Arabic and French. Older year groups additionally have specialist lessons for Design & Technology and Art. Where possible these subjects make tangible links with the topics being studied in other subjects.
