Year 2 have been learning all about Fashion this half term and were particularly enthusiastic about upcycling and recycling. As part of a competition children were asked to design and create an outfit using black bin bags. We were inundated with fantastic outfits and struggled to pick our finalists. However, we picked four from each class who chose their models and showed their creations in an amazing Fashion Show!
6M had the most wonderful experience with the children at the Branches of the Vine charity, yesterday. We had a great time producing some lovely craft work with the children. Everyone enjoyed the activities and came away with great big smiles on their faces
On Wednesday 13th February a group of gifted secondary students performed in ‘Mary Poppins’ the Secondary School’s first ever musical production. It was a heart-warming, toe-tapping, show-stopping event that was a fantastic show case of our student’s talent. CONGRATULATIONS to the cast and teachers involved, all that hard work really paid off! If you missed it, make sure you catch the Primary school’s production of Robin Hood in April!
