Summer Camp 2018 A fantastic first week at Malvern College UK. The nervousness of meeting so many new people was quickly replaced by excitement and anticipation of the days to come. They have been enjoying some fun with physical activities like dodgeball and rounders.

Summer Camp 2018 Our summer camp students enjoyed a wonderful morning of English lessons both inside and outside of the classroom. The weather continues to be exceptionally good, thus allowing our students to enjoy their outdoor activities in the afternoon.

Summer Camp 2018 Today the children took a walk along “The Worcestershire Beacon”, one of the Malvern Hills, and then enjoyed a traditional English cream tea, complete with scones, jam, cream and a pot of tea.

Summer Camp 2018 Still enjoying the lovely weather here in Malvern. All are having a lot of fun at the Commandery and Worcester Cathedral. The children enjoyed exploring the rooms in the Tudor house and learning about what school would have been like in the time of William Shakespeare.

Summer Camp 2018 The students from Malvern College Egypt have all arrived safely at Malvern College UK. They all have enjoyed a tour of the College grounds together with other international students. Luckily, the weather is sunny and warm.

ESMA Animal Shelter On Thursday 21st June, we took a small group of students from Foster House to our house charity ESMA – The Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals. During this trip we had an opportunity to see the amazing work the charity is doing as well as hand over 33,000 EGP that has been raised this year through International Day and other school events (such as the Primary spelling competition and the House dress-up day, plus the kind donation of Mrs Romani’s Spanish CCA fees). Sanger Charity A.P.E On 7th June, Susana Romani (the FoMCE charity representative) and Miss Belcher visited the Sanger Charity A.P.E. to deliver Ramadan boxes. These were given to Muslim families suffering from anaemia that are supported by A.P.E. They also took a donation of 30,000 LE which has been raised through International Day, Sanger Dress Up Day and the Primary House Spelling competition. This fund will be used to make improvements to the playground used by children receiving education classes at A.P.E.

Ramadan Bags On 4th June, Mrs Pauline Adel (one of our FoMCE representatives) and her children, along with Miss Belcher visited the Orman charitable organisation to deliver Ramadan bags. These bags were bought using the money raised by the FoMCE at the Christmas Bazaar. The foods collected in school will be delivered to Muslim families suffering from anaemia who are supported by APE, our Sanger House charity as well as to the Lewis House charity, FACE orphanage.

Fagnoon Trip 2017/18 Year 1 and 2 had an amazing experience visiting Fagnoon Farm. Year 1 took part in a farming and pottery activity. Year 2 did woodwork and weaving. All children had the opportunity to learn how to make Baladi bread, to feed goats and to ride on a camel, horse or donkey. A great time was had by all and we returned to school with some very tired students.

Kidzania Trip 2017/18 The Nursery children enjoyed the most amazing day at Kidzania on Thursday 3rd May. A very big thank you to the parents who volunteered to join us for the day. Educational and fun trips such as this are an excellent opportunity for our children to build so many important life skills.
